You’ve probably seen Spencer on one of your favorite shows — she’s currently appearing on the Jada Pinkett Smith drama Hawthorne, following roles on Castle, Mad Men, How I Met Your Mother and Private Practice. You can also catch her in the upcoming comic book flick Cowboys and Aliens, which will feature A-listers like Harrison Ford, Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde and Sam Rockwell (Steven Spielberg is a producer).

“I think it’s as big as it gets,” she told us. “I was just added to the cast. I’ve had a very Hollywood week!”

With so much going on (Spencer also has a 2-year-old son), the in-demand actress finds it hard to make time for her beauty and fitness routine. So she developed what she calls a “compressed beauty regimen” involving two key secrets.

“I used to work out all the time, but after I had my son I was like ‘no more,’” she reveals. “I’ve only done Pilates since I had my son — I gained 40 pounds of pregnancy weight and lost of all of it without dieting. I’m in way better shape than I was before my pregnancy!”

Spencer swears she’s only made one other major change — she’s subbed out coffee in favor of Steaz tea.

“I gave up all unnatural sugars and all unnatural ingredients. I gave up coffee; now I only drink Steaz, which is an all-natural green tea-based drink. These were the only two things that I did differently, and I noticed a world of difference,” she says.

Now, Abby looks better than she has in her whole life — and her girlfriends were noticing.

“They were like, ‘What are you doing?’ So I thought, “Why don’t I do a summer kick-off party for my girlfriends and do my deal?”
